CLOSURE OF ITS MISSISSAUGA
CREDIT CENTRE AND MOE FORGET ANNOUNCES HIS DEPARTURE FROM THE COMPANY
Mississauga, ON – May 23rd,

Dear
Broker Partners:
As
outlined in our Notice to Brokers dated December 17th, 2007, the
international liquidity crisis has seriously impacted our ability to access
capital markets based funding. After several months of attempting to secure alternate
forms of financing, we regret to advise that we have been unsuccessful in this
regard and therefore have decided to close our Mississauga credit operations.
It
should be noted however, that the announced closure will not affect customer
service for existing mortgagors. Please be assured that existing customers will
continue to be served in the same professional manner they have become
accustomed to in the past. Existing customer service phone numbers as well as
the customer service mailing address will remain unchanged.
At
this time I would also like to take the opportunity to announce my departure
from MoneyConnect Home Lending, effective Friday, May 30th, 2008.
Please
accept my sincere gratitude for the loyal support shown by our many broker
partners, agents and originators and to the incredible staff who made this
company the world class provider it had quickly become.
